Jody Kell
Jody began his real estate career by building a real estate brokerage practice advising his clients—builders, developers, and individual investors—on the planning, marketing, and sales of new and renovated homes. Having sold hundreds of homes for his clients, and with a desire to more accurately bring his ideas to life, Jody founded his own building and development firm. Intown Renewal Developers is that business, focused on the development and building of homes and communities in Intown Atlanta. Jody is a native Atlantan, studied computer science at Georgia Tech, enjoys staying active, and loves Intown living.
Steve Mulligan
Steve began his adult foray into the building industry by working for The Housing Group. The principals of the firm bestowed upon him time-tested construction best practices, where he was able to learn from industry veterans with 40+ years of experience in the building and development industry. His mentors eventually promoted him to overseeing the construction of multiple new homes communities in the Atlanta area. Having reached the pinnacle of his career with The Housing Group and with a willingness to forge his own path, Steve started his own business, Eclipse Renovations. As his business blossomed into a success, Steve recognized an opportunity to further build upon that growth by partnering with a like-minded professional, and started anew with Intown Renewal Developers. Steve enjoys supporting his daughters that are active in sports, playing tennis, and relaxing at the beach.
